During Sound Pressure Level (SPL) competitions, contestants physically hold the vehicle body panels to increase SPL and produce better sound. As the car body is pressurized, the body panels rattle and balloon, but the SPL may not increase. Adding Dynamat to the vehicle-especially the trunk-results in higher SPL. Dynamat is the easiest-to-apply, thinnest and lightest material for adding sound pressure reinforcement to your car's body. When the panels don't rattle and balloon, you get higher SPL and tighter, louder bass!

Kit contains five 18" x 32" pieces of Dynamat Xtreme for the trunk floor, side panels and lid to maximize bass and reduce road noise. Compared to Original material, Xtreme material is four times more damping efficient, weighs 50% less, and requires no heat for installation. For proper installation, use a Dynaroller Tool.
